The equipment of
granular organic fertilizer production line mainly includes a series of mechanical equipment used to convert organic waste such as poultry and livestock manure into granular organic fertilizer. These equipment usually include the following key parts:
1. Pretreatment equipment
Automatic transmission silo: used to store and automatically transmit raw materials, including belt transmission device and automatic feeding system to ensure the continuous supply of raw materials and prevent sticking to the wall.
Vertical crusher: equipped with manganese steel blades, it has the characteristics of wear resistance and large output, and is used to crush large pieces of raw materials into fine particles suitable for subsequent processing.
Drum screening machine: with seals and beaters, it can effectively screen the crushed raw materials, remove impurities, and ensure the uniformity and purity of the raw materials.
2. Granulation equipment
Extrusion granulator: It is the core equipment of the
granular organic fertilizer production line, which can extrude the pretreated raw materials into granules. The extrusion granulator has the advantages of low moisture content, no need to add adhesives, low production cost, no drying, and no damage to beneficial bacteria. Common extrusion granulators include roller extrusion granulators, disc granulators, etc.
Drum granulator: Through the action of the rotating drum and the internal scraper, the material is rolled in the drum and gradually formed into particles. The drum granulator is suitable for granulation of a variety of materials, with the characteristics of simple operation and large output.
3. Auxiliary equipment
Cooler: used to quickly cool the high-temperature particles just extruded to remove part of the moisture and reduce the particle temperature, while improving production efficiency and product quality.
Dryer (in some processes that require drying): used to further remove moisture from the particles to ensure the dryness and stability of the particles. However, for the drying-free granulation process, this equipment is not required.
Screening equipment: used to screen the cooled or dried particles, remove unqualified large and small particles, and ensure the uniformity and specification consistency of the product.
4. Packaging and storage equipment
Packaging machine: used to package qualified granular organic fertilizers for easy storage and transportation. Common packaging methods are bagging and bulk.
Storage equipment: such as warehouses, silos, etc., used to store the produced granular organic fertilizers to ensure product quality and supply stability.
