What is the process flow of organic fertilizer production line design?

1. Fermentation: Collect urine from livestock manure, mix it with hay and rotten silage to make compost, and let it ferment. After fermentation, use a compost turner to fully ferment the cow dung, which can only be achieved by turning the compost evenly in time. Now some places are very dry and some places are very wet, which will affect the fermentation quality.

2. Batching, crushing and mixing: The batching bin uses compost materials and inorganic fertilizers such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium. And other additives, etc. It is crushed, proportioned and mixed in proportion by a crusher and a horizontal mixer.

3. Granulation: Granulate the material with a new type of organic fertilizer granulator.
 

4. Screening and return system: The granular material output from the granulation molding system has different particle sizes and needs to be screened and graded. The selected rotary screening machine requires small vibration, low noise, convenient screen change, and is equipped with a screen surface cleaning device. It is recommended to be equipped with an automatic return system. Unqualified large and small granular materials are transported out through the belt elevator, crushed again and sent to the granulator for continuous granulation, which helps to improve the continuous operation capacity of the production line.

5. Drying: Use an organic fertilizer dryer to further remove the moisture in the screened particles to meet the standard requirements for the moisture content of organic fertilizer.

6. Cooling: Use a cooler to cool the granular material.

7. Packaging: The granular material cooled by the organic fertilizer equipment is transported to the finished product warehouse by a bucket elevator. The granular material can be quantitatively weighed and packaged through automatic packaging.

The process flow of the entire organic fertilizer production line is raw material selection (pig manure, etc.) drying, sterilization, fermentation, crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, coating screening, metering, sealing, and warehousing.
