At the beginning, the compound fertilizer production process starts with the four-bin batching system that accurately measures and delivers raw materials. Then, these materials are then ground to the appropriate size by the grinding system. Also, the double shaft mixer blends these substances perfectly before the loader type feeder transports them to the 12 1.5 T model of double roller press granulators for making NPK pellets.After screening, you can store these granules in the finished product bin. Finally, the granules are then packaged by the packaging scale and neatly arranged by the palletizer for dispatch.
