The process flow of producing fertilizer using a complete set of bio organic fertilizer equipment
1. Fermentation: Collect poultry manure and urine, mix them with hay and rotting silage to make compost and let it ferment. During the fermentation process, a composting machine is used to fully ferment the cow manure. Only timely and uniform composting can achieve this. Some places are very dry now, while others are very wet, which can affect the fermentation quality.
2. Ingredient crushing and mixing: The composted material, along with inorganic fertilizers such as N, P, K, and other additives, is crushed, proportioned, and mixed proportionally through a material crusher and a horizontal mixer using a batching bin.
3. Granulation: The material is granulated using a new type of organic fertilizer granulator.
4. Screening and recycling system: The granular material output from the granulation and forming system has differences in particle size and needs to be screened and graded. The selected rotary screening machine requires low vibration, low noise, convenient screen replacement, and is equipped with a screen cleaning device. It is recommended to equip an automatic return system to screen unqualified large and small particle materials, transport them out through a belt elevator, re crush them, and then send them to a granulator for further granulation, which helps to improve the continuous operation capacity of the production line.
5. Drying: Use an organic fertilizer dryer to further remove moisture from the screened particles and meet the standard requirements for organic fertilizer moisture content.
6. Cooling: Using a cooling machine to cool the granular material helps to store and maintain the quality of the particles.
