Dry granulation equipment - dry granulation machine, its working principle is that after the materials enter the horizontal feeder, driven by the rotating screw, the materials are gradually degassed in the process of moving forward, and the materials with increased density are forcibly sent to the tablet press. The tablet press will roll the high-density materials transported by the horizontal feeder into 2-4mm thin sheets through the pressure rollers driven by a pair of hydraulic cylinders (pressure adjustable), and complete the degassing work again. The rolled sheet passes through the cutter teeth of the shear crusher and is cut into fragments that are easy to be granulated and then falls into the granulator. The fragments are forced out of the sieve plate under the extrusion of the whole grain knife. After the extruded particles are screened, the products with the required particle size can be obtained. So far, the whole process of granulation has been completed.
