How does the
organic fertilizer production line make organic raw materials into fertilizer? Before granulation, we need to process the organic raw materials, so there are two specific steps, one is pretreatment, and the other is fermentation and decomposition.
1. Raw material preparation and pretreatment
Raw material selection: Select suitable organic raw materials, such as animal manure (pig manure, cow manure, chicken manure, etc.), crop straw, agricultural waste (such as vegetable leaves, fruit peels, etc.), urban organic garbage, etc. These raw materials should be free of impurities and mildew to ensure the quality of organic fertilizer.
Raw material mixing and adjustment: The
organic fertilizer production line mixes the selected raw materials evenly in a certain proportion and adjusts them according to the moisture content and C/N ratio of the raw materials.If the raw materials are too wet, add an appropriate amount of dry material; if the C/N ratio is not suitable, add high nitrogen-containing materials (such as ammonium sulfate) or high carbon-containing materials (such as crop straw) for adjustment.
2. Fermentation and decomposition
Fermentation process: Send the evenly mixed raw materials into the fermentation equipment (such as fermentation tanks, turners, etc.) for aerobic fermentation. During the fermentation process, microorganisms convert organic matter in the raw materials into nutrients required for fertilizer, and at the same time generate heat, which increases the temperature of the pile.
Maturity stage: After the fermentation is completed, it enters the maturity stage. At this time, the temperature of the pile gradually decreases, the activity of microorganisms weakens, and the organic matter is further decomposed and stabilized. The color of the matured material becomes darker, odorless, and loose in texture.
