The production of granular organic fertilizer is completed by the close combination of multiple processes. Each process has strict indicator control, and none of them can be missing. First, the technical staff will formulate the corresponding fertilizer production formula according to the market needs or customer needs combined with the market situation of raw materials, and refine it into the amount of raw materials to be put in. The workshop staff will carry out it according to the batching requirements.
1. Mixing section of raw materials. The operator strictly follows the requirements of the technical staff for the amount of each raw material to add N, P, K, additives and other raw materials to the electronic belt scale or batching machine as needed. The raw material addition process requires that the raw materials are powdered or granular, and no agglomeration is allowed, and the material flow must be uniform and cannot be operated intermittently. Otherwise, it will affect the metering accuracy and the control of the granulation process, and affect the product content. The measured materials flow into the raw material crusher and enter the second section of the
granular organic fertilizer production process.
2. Crushing section. The measured raw materials flow into the feed port of the crusher, and the high-speed operation of the rotor body driven by the crusher motor crushes the materials to achieve the fineness required for granulation. In addition to the crushing function, the pulverizer also has the function of secondary mixing. The crushed material enters the belt conveyor through the discharge port, and is transported to the granulator by the belt conveyor, entering the third section of the granular organic fertilizer production process.
3. Granulation section. The crushed raw materials enter the summary belt conveyor and are transported to the granulator for granulation. The solid fertilizer powder to be granulated rises with the help of the rotation of the cylinder, and rolls down under the action of gravity. At the same time, a certain proportion of adhesive is added according to the amount of raw materials for granulation. The material is wrapped layer by layer on the surface of the granulation core, thickened layer by layer, and gradually granulated. Under the action of the above forces, the material gradually forms a base core until it meets the granulation requirements and enters the drying section.
